Terms of service

Effective October 3, 2026. By using Missouri Health Insurance you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Missouri Health Insurance (the “Site”) is operated by Lander LLC (“we”, “us”), an independent insurance agency. The Site is not a government website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the State of Missouri, any state agency, the federal government, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or the Medicare program.

2. Educational information only

Content on the Site is general, educational information about health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and related topics. It is not a quote, an offer of coverage, a recommendation, or legal, tax or medical advice. Coverage, benefits, availability and costs vary by state, county, insurance company, plan and individual circumstances, and they change over time. Nothing on the Site guarantees eligibility, enrollment, a price, or a particular benefit.

3. No insurance contract; no obligation

Using the Site, calling us, or clicking a link to compare plans does not create an insurance policy or an agent-client relationship, and you are never required to enroll in anything. Any coverage is an agreement between you and the insurance company and is governed by that company’s policy documents and applicable law.

4. Licensed agents; availability of plans

Insurance products are offered through licensed insurance agents. We do not offer every plan available in your area. We represent a limited number of insurance companies, which offer a limited number of products in your area. You can get information on all of your options from Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), or your State Health Insurance Assistance Program, and for marketplace plans from your state or federal marketplace.

5. Third-party links and tools

The Site links to government websites, insurance companies and plan-comparison and enrollment tools run by other parties. We do not control those sites, and their terms, privacy practices and content are their own. A link is not an endorsement of every plan or statement on the linked site.

6. Contacting us

If you call 855-367-1095 or otherwise contact us, you agree that we may use the information you provide to respond to you and discuss coverage options, as described in our privacy policy. Please do not send Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, payment details or medical records through the Site or in unsecured messages.

7. Accuracy and changes

We work to keep the Site accurate and current and note when pages were last reviewed, but laws, programs and plans change. Please confirm important details with the official source (the marketplace, the state Medicaid agency, Medicare.gov, or the insurance company) before you act.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lander LLC and its agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable insurance, consumer-protection or other law that cannot be limited by agreement.

9. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, design and layout belong to Lander LLC or its licensors. Names of schools, agencies and programs are used only to identify them and belong to their owners. State outlines and data come from public sources noted on the pages that use them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Lander LLC maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
